Description: The Lemon Grass is a plant native to tropical regions of Asia, in India, where it is used in traditional medicine and in cookery. According to Manuel Vaz, in Cape Verde, this plant is known as Xáliz (C.V.) and used for medicinal purposes in the form of compresses and teas, in particular as soothing and relieve digestive problems.
